Free Question Answer Script in php - Yahoo Answer clone

For ruby on rails we have a great script like shapadoo , but we really lack nice free script in php mysql. But question2answer seems ok when we look to the demo. The user rating system is also there to add user reputation so that they get inspired to answer unanswered questions.
